Nicola has a strong background in customer service and account management. Living for some years in Sydney she worked for an IT company coordinating their training team and promoting the 40 different training courses available to an existing clientele. Working closely in a busy training team environment and her passion to reach the right solutions for a person’s individual needs, contribute to the range of skill factors and enthusiasm she brings to KiwiHost.
Recently returning from a stint in Ecuador, she has joined the KiwiHost team and is eager to guide individuals to choose and attend the training workshops to enhance their customer service capabilities, and to reach their full potential in service relationships which in turn adds priceless value to business.
