Shona Glentworth brings extensive knowledge and experience from a management career that includes over 20 years of hands-on experience in Quality Management, Training, Human Resources, Strategic Development, Communication and General Management. She has attended many executive development programmes, including a Programme for Global Leadership from Harvard Business School and is a graduate of Massey University’s MBA programme.
Her business, Implement Limited is a consulting and training company that specialises in the implementation of strategy, by assisting businesses to develop strategic plans, and to identify the required systems, skills and capabilities to achieve that strategy. A key component of the plans that evolve from this process is a commitment to invest in people to build the organisation for the future.
