Payment
- All public workshop fees are required 7 days post invoice.
- All workshop fees indicated are GST exclusive.
Public Workshop Cancellation Policy
Cancellations may be notified by phone but must be confirmed in writing by fax, post or email.
- Registrations cancelled up to 10 working days prior to the workshop will receive a full refund.
- Registrations cancelled less than 10 working days prior will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee, with the remaining 50% transferable to another workshop or for another participant.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the workshop cannot be transferred & 100% cancellation fee will apply.
- No refunds or credits can be given for fully paid participants who, without notice, do not attend.
- However, substitutions are acceptable up to the commencement of the workshop.
All transfers to a workshop must be within a six month period from the original workshop date, or the next available course, whichever is sooner.
All public workshops require a minimum number of participants in order to be successful. This provides for optimum participation and interaction, which increases learning opportunities and maximises your investment. Should we not reach the minimum number of participants and have to postpone the workshop a KiwiHost representative will contact you five days before the workshop to discuss the alternatives so that you can select the most appropriate solution.
Inhouse Workshop Cancellation Policy

- Registrations cancelled less than 10 working days prior to a workshop will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee, with the remaining 50% transferable to another workshop or for another participant.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the workshop cannot be transferred, and will incur a 100% penalty fee.
- No refunds or credits can be given for fully paid participants who, without notice, do not attend. However, substitutions are acceptable up to the commencement of the workshop.
- GST will be added to all course charges, where training is conducted in New Zealand.
- Net payment is due by 20th of the following month of invoice.
- Overdue accounts will incur interest at 2% per month and may incur all costs of recovery including commissions and legal costs.
- A 33% deposit is required for all standard in-house workshops on confirmation. Where development work is required, a 50% deposit is payable.
- The client agrees not to contract any training consultants introduced to them by KiwiHost to perform training or other services for a minimum period of two years from the date of last service by KiwiHost.
Voucher Terms & Conditions
All promotional vouchers are not transferable or refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. They cannot be redeemed retrospectively for orders already placed. KiwiHost reserves the right to cancel vouchers at any time, without prior notice.

- Accepted as part payment for the scheduled workshop
