QUESTIONS
KiwiHost has developed its own set of generic service questions to ask customers, but with Service Insight you have the power to decide. You decide what it is you want to ask your customers to drive the desired response and generate the feedback you are looking for. Each month you are able to vary the questions to focus them on a specific issue or element of your business.
You can choose from a huge range of questions, for example:
- How do you rate our Service?
- How to you rate our store layout?
- How do you rate our product range / knowledge?
- Were you acknowledged on arrival?
- Did you purchase more than intended?
- How did you hear about us?
- Would you recommend us to others?
- Would you come back?
You choose - after all you know your business. All feedback is accumulated and a report detailing all responses is provided with time, date and comments.
REPORTING
Reporting is available on a monthly basis – revealing the valuable information that is usually locked away inside your customers when they leave your business.
The reporting is made up of three parts, including a report summary, graphical representation of the answers to your questions and comments from the customers. The reporting can even be generated individually for each branch or division of your organisation.
PRICING
Pricing is based on the number of times Service Insight is run on a per annum basis. There are three standard pricing plans, with different price breaks for various company sizes:

Run up to three times over a three month period, with three reports for the period. Pricing starts at $499 per branch. |
| Max: |
Run up to six times over a twelve month period, with six reports for the period. Pricing starts at $749 per branch. |
