Sales Person, Christchurch
This outbound telesales position involves following up on direct marketing to potential customers, while maintaining call cycles with existing customers. You’ll also be responding to inbound queries from customers and finding solutions for their needs.
We require an experienced and self motivated telemarketer to promote our services and to win new business appointments for the National Account Manager. You will have the following background & personality:
- You will have a proven track-record in outbound telemarketing in a B2B environment with a proven record of exceeding organisational targets
- You will be confident and comfortable in cold-calling business managers to discuss their training requirements
- You will have an outgoing personality with great phone manner
- You will be in a position to represent our brand in a positive and professional manner at all times, with articulate English speaking skills
- You will possess excellent customer service skills
You’ll be working along-side our National Account Manager, while reporting directly to our Managing Director, who combined will train you in all aspects of the role.
The role will involve some sales & administrative support; however, the primary emphasis will be on calling to procure appointments with new and existing prospects and placing participants on our public scheduled workshops.
